My family has been using Bowles for a little over 10 years now, honestly this is the best place in the entire Charlotte and lake Norman area to take your vehicle. I just recently had my car brought in and I knew there were major problems with it so I got a free estimate. (Ended up at around $3500) which was not bad at all for what was wrong with it (it’s not the most reliable) I will be basically getting a new-feeling car for a fraction of the price while having the piece of mind that Bowles is taking care of it. Not only are they understanding and friendly but their hospitality is out of this world, I was even provided with a free shuttle twice to drive me home rather than paying for an Uber or having a friend or family member pick me up and take me back.
