I highly recommend this place...esp to females! As a female myself, it is very easy to feel overwhelmed at a mechanics shop and like the place will try to trick you into fixing things that do not need to be fixed, or unnecessarily up-selling you. But this place so far has been fair, professional, and extremely friendly. They had to keep my car longer than expected because the original fix they had in mind did not fix the issue I brought my car in for. Not only did they keep me updated along the way, they were apologetic, understanding, and worked with me on the price since their original fix did not fix the issue.
